Email veloandvine@gmail.com and include your device type, app version, and a description of what happened. Do not send your password, Apple ID password, or cycling-service access tokens.
Local account help
Velo & Vine accounts are stored on the device where they are created. Username and password recovery therefore work only on that device. Profile Settings can update account details or reset saved journey information.
Subscription help
App Store billing, cancellation, and refunds are managed by Apple. Use Subscription Plans → Restore Purchases to restore an eligible membership in Velo & Vine.
Manage or cancel through Apple ID subscriptions.
Safety and urgent issues
Velo & Vine does not provide emergency or turn-by-turn safety services. For an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Confirm current road, trail, venue, allergen, and alcohol information with official local sources.
