Agreement

By creating an account or using Velo & Vine, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the app.

The service

Velo & Vine provides cycling-stage information, route displays, regional food and beverage recommendations, personal journey tools, and optional third-party integrations. Features and catalog content may change as races, routes, availability, and the app evolve.

Your local account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password and device secure.
• Your Velo & Vine account is currently stored on the device where it is created and does not automatically synchronize to another device.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your local account and connected third-party services.
• Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to another person’s information.

Subscriptions and purchases

When paid memberships are available, purchases are processed as auto-renewable subscriptions through your Apple ID. The App Store purchase sheet displays the current price and billing period before confirmation.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the renewal date.
• You can restore eligible purchases from the Subscription Plans screen.
• Cancellation stops a future renewal but does not normally provide a refund for the current billing period. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and refund decisions.
• Deleting local app data or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.

Cycling and route safety

Routes, maps, distances, elevations, venue details, and activity matches are informational and may be incomplete or outdated. They are not turn-by-turn safety instructions.

Use appropriate equipment, obey traffic and land-access rules, check current conditions, and use your own judgment. Do not interact with the app while riding when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Food, wine, and beer information

Recommendations, prices, vintages, availability, recipes, and venue information are informational estimates. Confirm allergens, dietary requirements, product details, opening status, and local alcohol laws with the relevant producer, retailer, recipe source, or venue.

Velo & Vine does not sell or deliver alcohol. Drink responsibly and only if you meet the legal drinking age where you are located.

Third-party services and content

The app may link to or connect with services and content operated by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Velo & Vine is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or conduct.

Intellectual property

Velo & Vine and its original branding, interface, and curated presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, trademarks, race information, maps, images, recipes, and linked content remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable rights and attributions.

Availability and disclaimers

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that all catalog, route, price, venue, or integration information will always be accurate or available.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change, suspend, or discontinue features. The date at the top identifies the current terms. You may stop using the service at any time by using Delete Account in Profile Settings or uninstalling the app; Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
